Characters + Locations live here so you can generate reference photos for perfect visual matching across your entire movie. All locked photos feed the per-shot video prompts in the Generate tab.

Full choice of resolution / aspect / duration is available for all models (no client-side blocks). The chosen model name + settings are forwarded to the renderer (WaveSpeed or Grok Imagine via XAI). Use the model note above for guidance on typical strengths.

All video + picture creative direction now routes thru Grok (prompt-writer / visual / environment agents) **with vision on your actual locked photos** for maximum photo-match cohesiveness. (Research: native Grok Imagine I2V on the same refs + enriched prompt would be even tighter for final pixels/continuity than cross-provider renderers.) Same brain as the 82 labeled agents.

Step 2 — Character Bible

The AI extracted these characters from your script. Edit their descriptions, generate reference images, and add/remove as needed. Locked images get injected into every video shot where that character appears.

Step 3 — Settings

Each clip has its own settings — script line, background, cinematography. Defaults inherit from the previous clip and the scene master, but you can override anything per clip.

Step 4 — Generate Video

Produces one video clip per shot, using your locked backgrounds + characters. Sequential shots inside a scene will auto-stitch into one continuous clip in your browser.
